Innovation Horizons for the European Union and Brazil - opportunities for investment and funding - 18 March 2016, Porto (Portugal) (via Research & Innovation)

Brazil and the European Union (EU) have a long and successful track record of bilateral cooperation, particularly in the field of Science and Technology. It is time to take a step ahead in this process and strengthen the cooperation in innovation. Identifying the opportunities and challenges for investing and funding innovation in EU and Brazil is the starting point of that step. This high level discussion will gather several key research and innovation organizations from Brazil and the European Union and is organized in the context of the launching of INCOBRA (Increasing Science, Technology and Innovation Cooperation between Brazil and the European Union), a Horizon 2020-funded project (Grant Agreement nº 692520) and coordinated by Sociedade Portuguesa de Inovação (SPI), an international consultancy company headquartered in Portugal. The event will take place at the Rectory of the University of Porto (Praça de Gomes Teixeira, Porto, Portugal). Participation is free of charge, but subject to previous registration through the website.
