Black sand beaches of Monterrico. The current was so strong swimming was not recommended. Beautiful beach- however the sand is extremely hot during the afternoon!! 🔥This was the perfect getaway for a few nights. We stayed at Johnny's place for just $10 a night in the dorm. Free breakfast, wi-fi and even a pool! During the week the town is nearly empty, weekends are the busiest time. #guatemala #travel #samename #blogger by same_name_chronicles
