The European Commission has just launched a survey on Horizon 2020 simplification. It seeks input on the impact of the existing simplification measures and ideas for further simplification. Eurostars-2, the joint EUREKA-EC programme dedicated to R&D performing innovative SMEs is part of H2020, mobilising national funding for international projects set up with simple fast and efficient process. Necessary improvements to allow even better simplification and ease of access for R&D SMEs were put into place.
