[Source: Research & Innovation] Norway has strong academic partnerships in Europe. Three years ago, the Norwegian University of Science and Technology started a process to enhance our presence in Europe, aligned with our national R&D strategy. We want to share our expertise and contribute even more to the European Research and Education Area. This year's conference is inspired by the current political landscapes and developments in Europe. It will showcase how research can help to safeguard European democratic values by providing examples of social, technological and cultural approaches.
