As published by Nature Chemistry, scientists from IBM Research (NYSE: IBM) and CiQUS at the University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain, have confirmed the existence and characterized the structure of arynes, a family of highly-reactive short-lived molecules which was first suggested 113 years ago.
