IBBESS: International BioBased Economy Student SymbioSUM - 29-31 August 2016, Wageningen, Netherlands (via Research & Innovation)

The International BioBased Economy Student SymbioSUM (IBBESS) is an entrepreneurial project carried out by a team of multidisciplinary students from Wageningen University and supported by the Centre for BioBased Economy (CBBE), the International Energy Agency (IEA) and EuropaBio, among other key players. Check the website (www.ibbess.org) IBBESS is a platform intended to facilitate the connection of students to institutions, companies, politics and the general public that are involved in the biobased economy. It is from students for students, our main target being MSc students from European universities with different backgrounds but a common interest for the Biobased Economy. The event will take place from 29th till 31st August 2016 at Wageningen University. It will comprise two main features: A Conference with expert lectures and discussions on the 3 different pillars (technology, economy and society) of biobased economy and a Think Tank workshop based on real-cases provided by companies and guided by professionals (Teach to Fish). Registration: Besides Master students, phD and bachelor students can also apply for the full event. Other professionals can apply for attending the Conference part.
