ISRAEL WATER ASSOCIATION ANNUAL CONFERENCE: EU WATER AND ENERGY INITIATIVES IN THE REGION - 23 May 2016, Tel Aviv, Israel (via Research & Innovation)

On 23 May 2016, the EU Delegation, together with ISERD - the Israel-Europe R&D Directorate, will be holding a workshop devoted to EU water and energy initiatives in the region. The workshop will take place within the Israeli Water Association's Annual Conference. The workshop will focus on both Horizon 2020 and the European Neighbourhood Instrument programmes. Presentations of the opportunities provided by Horizon 2020's Societal Challenges, SME Instrument and the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions will be accompanied by seven Israeli success stories. Three ENI programmes - SWIM-H2020 Support Mechanism, Cross Border Cooperation Med and the EU Peacebuilding Initiative - will be presented together with accompanying success stories. The workshop is part of the 20th anniversary celebrations of Israel's association to the EU Framework Programmes. Venue: TEL AVIV CONVENTION CENTRE, Hall 10
